Refunds

Designeer is free to browse, and submitting a listing is free. You only pay for a featured listing or a sponsorship, through Dodo Payments.

When you get your money back

Before it goes live: cancel within 14 days of paying for a full refund.
If we decline a featured listing in review: a full refund.
If we could not deliver what you paid for, or removed it early through no fault of yours, you get back the unused part.
If you were charged by mistake or twice.

Once a placement is live, it is not refundable for the number of views or clicks it got, for a change of mind, or if we removed it for breaking our terms.

How to ask

Email us with the name and email you paid with. We reply within three working days, and approved refunds reach your original payment method in 5 to 10 working days.
